| Leslie Watkins is an fine artist from Norfolk, Connecticut, where she paints and teaches botanical watercolor painting. Watkins' botanical watercolors have been exhibited in New York City at the Ned Davies & Co. Gallery, and at the Steinhart Conservatory in the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. In Connecticut, Watkins has exhibited at Joie de Livres and Kinderhook Galleries in Salisbury, The Battell Stoeckel Estate Gallery and at the Norfolk Library. Watkins has taught watercolor at the Berkshire Botanical Garden and in 2010 she will conduct workshops for the Housatonic Valley Art League, and at the Lyme Art Association. She also offers ongoing watercolor classes at her studio in Norfolk, Ct.  Leslie's botanical paintings have illustrated postage stamps, gardening books and magazines. Her work has appeared on many fine products including Battersea Boxes, notecards, and china.
